Description
The ABC Travellers Hotel is currently seeking a dynamic, outgoing and enthusiastic Hotel Receptionist who is passionate about hospitality to lead us forward in meeting both our financial and business objectives, whilst ensuring the highest degree of customer care.
The Hotel Receptionist will need to have strong IT skills as well as excellent Customer Service management. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering results that contribute to the overall success of the hotel.
Core Accountabilities:
• Greeting Guests in an appropriate manner
• Checking in and Checks outs
• Entering New Bookings in Hotel System software
• Up-selling
• Communicating effectively with the Hotel Manager to ensure operations are run smoothly and efficiently
The preferred Applicant should
• Speak excellent English ( Additional languages welcomed)
• Telephone Skills
• Microsoft Office Skills
• Listening,
• Have great customer service skills
• Have a positive attitude and a team player
• Have the ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Possess a smart, pristine appearance to adhere to the company’s uniform/presentation standards
