Hotel General Manager

Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers receive the best service
- Improve online rating through superb services to customers
- Manage day to day costs without compromising quality
- Train and ensure that staff are well positioned to serve customers
- Manage cleanness and maintenance of the hotel
- Market and promote the hotels to ensure revenue growth
- Maintain food menu and quality severed to customers
- Provide weekly operational report to the CEO
- Follow up on invoices and billing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Hotel Management, Business Management or Human Resources
- Not less than 2 years of work experience in the hotel industry is preferred
- Proficient in Ms Office and Gmail
- Great presentational skills
- Owns a car – must have a valid driver’s license
