Kiswila co Ltd (www.kiswila.com) is currently hiring and looking for a Sales Representative, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, to join its growing aggregate quarry operation in Morogoro.
As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for providing first class sales by answering any questions the costumers might have about a product, for acting as a liaison between costumers and Kiswila and as an expert in selling goods that meet costumers needs and desires.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Meeting with customers in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge
- Demonstrating advanced product knowledge (quarry industry and aggregates knowledge constitutes a plus)
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Making sales appointments with clients
- Teaming up with other employees to make sure that products are available and in stores
- Generating new leads by meeting with consumers
- Following up with clients to make sure that they are satisfied with the product
- Assembling all product displays in a given market
- Meeting with retail associates to make sure that product is being sold
- Finding new target markets to drive sales
- Understanding how to push given products to consumers based on environment and current trends
- Using the Internet to push products to a given target market
- Working with the marketing department to develop new sales strategies and to make them work
- Teaching other sales agents how to make sales to potential costumers
- Discovering target markets and advantages of other companies
- Demonstrating advanced sales knowledge
