Job Description
Activities:
Preparation of necessary documentations for new Fuel Card Clients
Invoicing (Post-paid and prepaid clients)
Preparation of Customer Terms Form and any other administrative duties
Payment follow-ups from clients
Sending consumption reports for clients who cannot access extranet system
Sending updated fuel prices to clients.
To communicate with customers when:-
- Re-load is done
- When the client quote the wrong card number (re-load list)
- When the client fuel order form is not in order (During customization)
Context and environment
- First Fuel Card that uses an automatic polling system in Tanzania
- Companies with fuel card system – competitors of Total Card.
Candidate profile
- Integrity
- University degree in commercial fields i.e. business Administration or marketing
- Knowledgeable in MS Office package
- Communication skills essential
- Customer service skills
