IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR IMMEDIATE ACTION TO ALL LOAN BENEFICIARIES FROM HESLB

It has come to our attention, with great concern, that some of the loan beneficiaries from HESLB do not promptly appear and sign for their tuition fees disbursed by HESLB. These malpractices have consequently denied the University reception of tuition fees from HESLB; a situation which makes University operations problematic.

As a measure against these malpractices, the University calls upon all those who have not signed for their tuition fees to do so not later than Monday 5th February, 2018 at 2:00 pm.

Those who will be found to have, consciously or unconsciously, failed to sign by the date and time specified above, their tuition fees will be returned to HESLB. Consequently, concerned studentswill be obliged to pay tuition fees from their own sources of money. Failure to do so, they will not be allowed to sit for their first semester University Examinations for the 2017/2018 academic year.

A list of students who have not signed for their tuition fees is attached.

NOTE:

The signing exercise will be conducted at the Central Administration Building, Accounts Department, 2nd Floor, Room No. 90 starting from 9.00 am.
