OCS Engineer (Grade 9) – ( Tanzania )
JOB PURPOSE
Administer daily system operation and maintenance of all operational support systems nodes, to ensure accurate report
generation with minimum disruptions.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Daily operation and maintenance of all OSS nodes
• Attend to and resolve all OSS alarms using standard vendor documentation for operation and maintenance.
• Escalate and coordinate resolution of all unresolved oss outstanding faults with vendors.
• Oversee the creation all various reports from OSS nodes
• Ensure generated reports are correctly delivered to designated users
• Perform requisite daily, weekly and monthly backups of OSS nodes.
• Investigate and resolve user complaints related to the OSS nodes.
• Manage the upgrade and/expansion of all OSS nodes.
• Accurately report and document any related system failures
• Ensure adequate capacity planning is observed on all OSS nodes
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
• Serve as backup for assigned position
• Be available on the phone for 24 hours
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor degree in Electronic, Computer, or Telecom Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience on OSS

• Demonstrated stable proven track record telecom company
• Independent and with good work attitude with high level of integrity

Enterprise solution support (Grade 8) – ( Tanzania )
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with
the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products. Must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships
throughout the sales cycle.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and manage project plans for delivery of Enterprise solutions to customers and partner.
Prepares technical presentations and demonstrations for TIGO sales team to ensure they understand product operation and customer value that meets the customers’ needs.
Develop, identify and create solutions for new business opportunity.
Assists Key Account Managers in analyzing customers’ current and future business needs, from a technical perspective and recommends solutions.
Prepares cost estimates for customer business solutions as part of customer proposals tender responses
Forecast for Capacity requirements for both National, Cross border connectivity for B2B requirements.
Ensure customer SLA are met by working closely with the Factory Team.
Set up policies/procedures with Factory/SCM/Legal team to ensure that partners/resellers of Enterprise solutions are properly managed when connecting to Tigo Network.
Analyze ongoing and future technological solutions that may cater for customer requirements.
Benchmark services offered by Tigo with competitors.
Consolidate corporate local and global projects plans and follow-up.
Assist Corporate Sales engineers on service delivery for different solutions/requests from their clients.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
University degree in technology / engineering or related area.
At least 4+ year’s relevant experience in telecom industry in B2B solutions.
Experience and familiarity of our products and line of business a plus
Data sales experience or a related field is strongly preferred
Familiar with common industry solutions, such as: IPPBX, Unified Communication, Storage, enterprise data centre.
Knowledge and understanding with enterprise communication development and related solutions
Have experience in industry ICT integration, have the ability to independently design the solution that provides end to end solution integration;IP Networking knowledge and experience.
Knowledge and experience on transport network and operations.

Accounts Assistant ( Grade 8) – ( Tanzania )
JOB PURPOSE
To ensure all supplier invoices are recorded in invoice register within 24 hours after receipt and follow through the chain to ensure approvals are obtained in time to allow other payment processes to continue flawlessly. Ensure that all Journals and other accounting records are properly filed and for those that are more than one year are properly archived and also ensure are available when required by either auditors or any other staff. Actively participate in monthly, quarterly and yearend financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities;
Receive and Register of all invoiced From suppliers as per invoice receiving procedures
Work in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
Ensuring all payments documents & Records are properly archived
Backup responsibility for the functions position assigned in case of absence
Retrieve of records from archive when required.
Support auditors by providing documents from archive during auditing when required.
Liaise with suppliers on payable related issues

Any other task as assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Degree in B-com, Accounting or related field.
2yrs and above working experience in the Accounting field.
