JOB TITLE: CCTV TRACKER – 2 PEOPLE
Objective
Responsible for Company Premises Surveillance, Tracking and Reporting
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Computer
- Computer Operation Skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel as beginner
- 2 year working experience on the same field
Responsibilities
- Operating the CCTV Cameras
- Tracking the unusual movements within the premise
- Creating videos for CCTV footage for any miss-happening to attach with claim of loss
- Make a report and submit to the Supervisor
- Ensuring the Cameras are in good condition and they are operate well for effective control
- Reporting for any breakdown for immediate maintenance of the cameras
- Any other duty which maybe assigned
JOB TITLE: GPS EXECUTIVE – 1 PERSON
Objective
Responsible for Company Truck Surveillance, Tracking and Reporting
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Transportation and Logistics
- Computer Operation Skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- 2-3 years experience in Logistics field
Responsibilities
- Operating the GPS Software
- Tracking the unusual movements of The Trucks, Route diverging & Unreasonable stoppage
- Make a report and submit to the Superior
- Ensuring GPS system are in good condition and operates well for effective control
- Reporting for any breakdown for immediate maintenance of the GPS
- Any other duty which maybe assigned
JOB TITLE: SFA TRACKER – 2 PEOPLE
Objective
Responsible for Marketing Surveillance, Tracking and Reports
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Computer
- Computer Operation Skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel as beginner
- 2 years experience in Computer Operation
Responsibilities
- Operating SFA System (Sales Force Automotion software)
- Tracking allocated routes over SFA Map for the following
- Route wise sale booking (Format in excel will be provided).
- Reporting to SFA Data Coordinator.
- Collecting information about change of allocation of any Sales Person / Truck Number on any route from all the RSMs and amending it in tracking report accordingly (Format in Excel will be provided)
- Make a report and submit to the Supervisor
- Ensuring quality performance of Bhizom for effective control
- Ensure system breakdown are immediately attended to Improving control
- Any other duty which maybe assigned
JOB TITLE: CCTV & SFA SUPERVISOR – 1 PERSON
Objective
Responsible for Supervising Company Premises and Marketing Surveillance, Tracking and Reports
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Information and Technology
- Computer Operation Skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- 2-3 years experience in IT
Responsibilities
- Supervision of CCTV Cameras and SFA (Sales Force Automation) application Execution
- Tracking the unusual movements within the premise & Market
- Make a report and submit to the Supervisor
- Supervising to ensuring the Cameras are in good condition and they are operate well for effective control
- Supervising to ensure cameras breakdown are immediately attended for improving surveillance.
- Generating Reports Daily and MTD
- Outlet Master Creation / Modification
- Supervising SFA trackers.
- SFA user’s troubleshooting with coordination of SFA supplier’s representative.
- Any other duty which maybe assigned
