JOB DESCRIPTION



  • Follow-up with DREAMS coordinators and vocational scholarships focal persons at each council to ensure that invoices are collected and submitted on timely fashion.
  • Prepare spreadsheets of the invoices received from the clusters for vocational scholarships.
  • Ensure that all clusters provide adequate and genuine justification regarding information from all non-VETA institutions

  • Provides both programmatic and administrative assistance to the Youth and Gender Advisor
  • Work with cluster focal persons for vocational scholarships to ensure that all bi-weekly meetings information is entered in the Commcare.
  • Capture lessons learned from phase one of vocational scholarship administration for future reference and learning



The ideal candidate will serve as liaison between the Gender and Youth Advisor and Cluster Focal persons and DREAMS coordinators on administering vocational scholarships.
